Located just steps away from Fole Residence, the LaprakaMultifunctional Center represents the next chapter in BOLV Construction’s commitment to innovation, integration, and urban development. Designed as a natural extension of the vibrant student community already established in the area, this nine-floor structure is conceived as a dynamic hub for business, hospitality, culture, and technology.
The center is composed of two distinct volumes connected by a panoramic bridge at the upper level, creating a bold architectural statement. One side of the building will house an exclusive hotel featuring a rooftop gourmet restaurant offering sweeping views of Tirana. The ground floor of this section is dedicated to commercial space, welcoming a variety of service-oriented businesses.
The second section of the complex will serve as the headquarters of BOLV GROUP. The top two floors will accommodate the company’s main offices, designed to reflect transparency, modern leadership, and collaboration. The first floor will host a permanent exhibition space dedicated to BOLV’s achievements and future projects, while also being available to external partners for curated exhibitions and industry showcases.
The remaining floors of the building are tailored for businesses in fields such as technology, programming, entrepreneurship, and education — creating a collaborative environment that complements the academic life of the surrounding student population.

KASHAR CENTER - Urban Accessibility with Inclusive Vision
Kashar Center is one of BOLV Construction’s most inclusive and forward-thinking residential projects. Unlike previous developments designed for high-end markets, Kashar Center focuses on accessibility, livability, and community impact. Located in the highly urbanized area of Kashar, the project benefits from immediate access to key arterial roads and public infrastructure, enhancing its connectivity and value.
Positioned along the banks of the Lana River, the site’s natural topography has guided the project's design. The masterplan envisions five separate buildings aligned with the perimeter of the plot, freeing up an expansive inner courtyard on the first floor that functions as a communal green park, shared by residents and enhancing the environmental and social quality of the area.
The architectural concept reflects a horizontal vision, with buildings positioned to follow the orientation of surrounding streets and to maximize visual openness in all four directions. The five volumes emerge as fragments of a unified form, strategically spaced to promote air circulation, sunlight, and pedestrian flow.
At ground level, each building integrates spacious reception areas, retail spaces, and essential services, creating a vibrant interface between private and public realms. A large commercial platform on level 0 links the towers beneath the landscaped courtyard, offering continuous access to shopping and social services. Two underground levels accommodate ample parking and service infrastructure, accessible via an outdoor ramp located in the northwestern corner of the site.
A central water tank and a rectangular patio complete the sculptural ensemble, creating harmony between architecture and nature. Residential offerings include a mix of 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 apartments to address diverse family needs and economic backgrounds.
The exterior façades are clad in traditional white Portuguese “azulejos” tiles. With their 15x15 cm dimension, they form a refined surface pattern that softly reflects daylight from sunrise to sunset. At a distance, the pattern fades, revealing clean, pristine volumes against the landscape.
