Qualifications and requirements
- University degree in Architecture.
- Not less than 3 years of experience.
- Good communication skills in a group.
- Ability in project conception and preparation, urban planning, architectural and functional design.
- To work independently in design.
- To have advanced computer knowledge for various programs, necessary for the work process such as: Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio Viz / Max or other rendering program.
- Good knowledge of national and international construction standards and legislation in force.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.

Project Manager

General Description: The Project Manager will have to assume responsibilities for project management, in all technical, financial, and administrative aspects according to company deadlines and procedures.
Duties:
-Plans, implements and finalizes the project according to the defined deadlines and budget (according to the Project-Preventive).
-Guarantees the receipt and existence of technical-financial information from the company and outside it in function of the project implementation.
-Interprets and implements in the work plan the project objectives by supervising its implementation according to the budget and quality standards.
-Designs and implements efficient strategies for cost reduction.
-Develops periodic procurement campaigns in function of the project and the company's needs, for the products required for its implementation and according to the signed contract.
-Follows and finalizes the contract with new or existing suppliers, after the procurement campaign.
- Guarantees the responsible tracking of costs and communicates with suppliers to enable reconciliation with working groups and materials.
-Represents the company with third parties on issues related to the project.
-Continuously supervises and follows up on subordinate staff, holding them accountable for their performance.
-Continuously analyzes and interprets project progress and presents the information in reports to the company's Administrator and Investor.
Qualifications:
-Have completed higher education, preferably in engineering and economics.
-Have at least 3 years of work experience. • Candidates with experience in the construction sector are preferred.
-Have very good managerial, communication, organizational and planning skills.
