BOLV OIL sh.a. is the cornerstone of the energy trading operations within BOLV Group, managing the entire fuel supply chain from international procurement to nationwide and cross-border distribution.

The company imports high-quality fuels from reputable suppliers such as OMV and Coral Energy (Greece). These are supplied directly to end clients across Albania and to OLSI sh.p.k., BOLV Group’s retail arm, which operates over 50 fuel stations nationwide.

BOLV OIL oversees the wholesale fuel trade, handling over 100,000 tons annually, with more than 60,000 tons distributed to external clients and over 40,000 tons to OLSI’s retail network.

In addition to domestic market leadership, BOLV OIL plays a strategic export role by leveraging the Porto Romano terminal — a 50,000 m3 capacity facility located in a free tax zone. This enables the company to:

• Export fuel to neighboring countries

• Supply foreign commercial ships

• Serve as a premium refueling hub for international yachts navigating the Adriatic and Ionian seas, enhancing Albania’s role in regional maritime logistics
