Smart Construction Technology — Building the Future

PlastBau Albania is the most recent and technologically advanced investment of BOLV Group, designed to revolutionize the construction sector in Albania and the wider region. With the goal of saving time, labor, and energy, BOLV Group became the first company in the region to bring PlastBau smart building technology into local production.

The factory was founded to support the efficient development of BOLV Group’s residential projects — including the “Fole” Residence and “Tulipan” Residence in Tirana, the capital of Albania. Production began in December 2024, and the facility now manufactures four main components of the PlastBau system, with plans to complete the full structural cycle of the technology.

One of the most significant milestones achieved with PlastBauAlbania has been in Tirana, where all villas in the “Tulipan” Residence were followed by a major success in the southern Albanian Riviera, in Green Coast, Palasa Beach — one of the most exclusive and beautiful coastal destinations in the region. There, the architects of the highly prestigious and design-driven Green Coast complex have officially approved the use of PlastBau for the construction of the “Sunrise” Residence.

This decision marks an important vote of confidence, as Green Coast is known for its architectural excellence and high development standards. New contracts are in final negotiation phases, and PlastBau Albania is quickly becoming a preferred structural solution.

With this innovation, BOLV Group is not only transforming the way buildings are constructed in Albania but is also laying the groundwork for expansion into international markets, where smart, energy-efficient, and fast-construction solutions are in high demand.
